Taters for the Tot

I made twice-baked potatoes last week at Arlo's suggestion- mmm, bacon, sour cream and cheese.

A normal sized one would have been way too big for Aurora, so I bought a tiny white potato and made her a mini.

Here she is, holding the skin. Is it edible? Who cares, there's a camera!

What a big girl now.

My grandma used to say the skin has the most vitamins! We got very hard whippings for peeling them too thick. I still cringe...oh well, that's another story.

Eat the skins - and smile.
